Homemade Gingerbeer


Homemade Gingerbeer. Naturally carbonated. Making Gingerbeer and wines at home is a hobby of mine. I use different commercial yeasts depending on what I am preparing. I will update this post with the recipe at a future date. This is a stronger beverage than EGB (from Sri Lanka). The beverage can be fermented naturally without a commercial yeast, yielding a non alcoholic beverage, or with a commercial yeast, yielding about a 5%ABV alcoholic beverage. I have a set of Grolsch swing top bottles that I bottle my gingerbeer in.
